Amy's expertise in English language development, as well as her focus on the unique needs of her clients, both impacted and improved the English learner program at Wyoming Public Schools. Amy is a strategic planner who is able to focus on the present challenge while also thinking forward to how each step in the professional development sessions will affect future programming to best serve our students. As she consulted and provided training to EL and mainstream teachers, Amy responded to teachers´ needs while simultaneously assessing how to best inspire instructors to refine their teaching to meet the needs of ELs. Amy collaborates meaningfully with educators whether they are veteran EL teachers, new teachers, mainstream teachers, paraprofessionals or administrators.
